Eventually, the media also began to be sidelined, and two strong pillars of the state turned against him, which also affected his own institution, the army. As a result, the restoration of the judiciary was reduced and an anti-Musharraf movement was born.
When the state of emergency was declared on November 3, 2007, the same day the Supreme Court suspended the state of emergency. The moment the vehicles of the high judges were leaving the back door of the Supreme Court, there was a crowd of local and international media, civil society and political activists on the highway constitution.

Then the Electronic Voting Machine and the Election Commission's authority over the right of Pakistanis abroad to vote was challenged and Federal Minister Swati not only insulted the Chief Election Commissioner but also threatened to set the Election Commission on fire. Further defamed.
Not only this, an attempt was made to make the Election Commission and the reputable Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja controversial and to increase undue pressure on the constitutional body of the Election Commission.

In such a situation, the government's proposal to set up an authority to control the already crushed media has brought together almost all media, journalistic organizations, civil society and bar councils on a single platform.
